SPR are currently recruiting for a Class instructor which will be based within care homes in Wolverhampton.

Pay Rate: £24.08ph
Located: Wolverhampton area
Employment Type: Temp on-going
Working Hours: The job has flexible hours to suit the applicant, typical hours are between 10am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Job Purpose - We are looking for fitness instructors who is seeking to help others and promote head and well-being within a care home sector. You will need to deliver chair-based exercises which caters to all.

Essential Requirements - Enhanced DBS (preferably on update service) / Driving licence due to travelling from location to location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empathy and Compassion: Show deep understanding and empathy for those living in care.
  • Leadership: Confidently lead group sessions for vulnerable individuals and effectively manage challenging behaviours.
  • Punctuality: Ensure all classes start on time, managing late arrivals diplomatically.
  • Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, reporting any issues promptly to the Duty Officer.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to administer first aid and handle emergencies as needed.
  • Documentation: Accurately report and document any accidents or incidents.
  • Service Improvement: Actively recommend improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, always delivering exceptional customer service.
