Classroom Supervisor - Oxford

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers.
• Ensure lesson plans are delivered effectively and to a high standard.
• Maintain order and encourage positive student behaviour.
• Assist students with questions or challenges as they arise.
• Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson objectives and student progress.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage students and maintain a productive learning environment.
• Previous experience in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential).
• Adaptability and the ability to work in different schools and environments.
