We are recruiting for a Cleaner to work part time on weekday mornings in Macclesfield town centre!

This role is working for Cheshire Police Force at their Police Station in Macclesfield. This is a temporary position for 6 months that will lead to a permanent position for the right person.

It is 15 hours per week, working Monday - Friday 9am - 12pm.

Please **do not** apply for this position if you have not lived in the UK for at least the last 3 years from the date of your application. This is due to Police Vetting criteria... Anything less will not be considered.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Clean all designated areas effectively and efficiently to maintain a clean environment for customers.

  • Use equipment, cleaning machines and techniques to effectively clean all areas.

  • To safely use approved cleaning materials and chemical supplies which are appropriate for the task.

  • Work individually or as part of a team to achieve a clean environment at the locations required.

  • Implement such Health and Safety instructions regarding cleaning equipment, cleaning materials, cleaning frequencies and/or cleaning methods to ensure a safe environment for users of the premises.

  • Monitor stock level and any equipment issues
