Cleaning Operative

• Position: Cleaning Operative
• Hourly Rate: £12.68- £13.92 per hour
• Location: Shoreham
• Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern- Night Shift 19:00pm-07:00am

We are recruiting for a successful and well-established food production company based in Shoreham-by-Sea for hygiene operatives on a temp to perm basis. Experience of working within a hygiene and production environment is preferred.

Duties will include:

• Undertaking scheduled deep cleaning
• Cleaning areas and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring minimal downtime between production runs
• Communicating with section managers regarding equipment defects and reporting safety concerns
• Safely handling chemicals and use equipment following training protocols..
• Following all quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety standards.
• Commitment to health and safety practices
