Cleaning Supervisor - Ipswich
Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We have an exciting temporary to permanent role available in Ipswich!As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 cleaners to ensure our client's facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Your key duties will include:

  • Managing staff schedules and hours worked
  • Conducting regular toolbox talks and training sessions
  • Overseeing stock levels and completing inventory checks
  • Onboarding and inducting new cleaning team members
  • Being hands-on with cleaning

This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory cleaning role, excellent communication and people management skills, and a keen eye for detail.
