Job Title: Cleaning Team Leader
Location: Droitwich

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Hours: 16.5 hours per week (2-week rota: Monday & Friday 9am-1pm, alternate weekends: Saturday 7am-5pm, Sunday 8am-4pm)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Leader who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation to join our clients team in Droitwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met across the store.
  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, including coordinating annual leave, managing absences, and organizing training sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to specific cleaning methods and uphold health, safety, and hygiene practices at all times.
  • Take a "hands-on" approach to cleaning, maintaining customer and staff areas such as shop floors, offices, and restrooms.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of cleaners.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices related to cleaning operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.

The salary for this position is £11.70p/r, this is a permanent position.
