Our client based in Dartford close to the Dartford tunnel are looking for two part time cleaning technicians to work

as a team of three, supporting the production laboratory staff, keeping all areas clean and clear of obstructions.

Monday to Friday 4 hours per day, paying £11.86 per hour.

One shift is working 7am to 11am and the other shift is 1pm to 5pm

Duties to include

  • Working alongside and around the laboratory technicians to keep the lab and public areas clean, including restrooms and the warehouse.
  • Clean and buff floors, empty bins.
  • Clean worktops, benching and sink areas.
  • Assist in Prep when required. Loading and unloading glassware from dishwashers and sterilisers.
  • Clear the canteen area after each meal service, maintain the coffee machine and collect deliveries for the kitchen.
  • Sweep and clean the warehouse floors.
  • Further duties and responsibilities as required by the business and within the ability of the post holder.

  • Must be able to work to set procedures
  • A keen interest in science and/or biology would be desirable.

These positions start in June, and will be for a minimum of 3 months and then could turn in to a permanent role.
