Permanent Vacancy for a Cleanroom Technician.

Based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

As a Cleanroom Technician, the role will involve maintaining a sterile environment in the cleanroom area, packing and labelling products in compliance with regulatory controls. As well as:
. Work aseptically in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom to manufacture products for terminal
sterilisation.
. Maintain a sterile environment in the cleanroom, by full body gowning and performing
daily cleaning to required standards, in addition to behaving according to cleanroom
procedures.
. Receive and inspect incoming materials for company standard, contamination and
quality compliance.
. Clean, assemble and package orthopaedic products in aseptic manner as described by
procedure.
. Operate equipment and machinery required in the assembly of orthopaedic products.
. Communicate status of operations in a timely manner to Cleanroom Supervisor including
any safety and/or process issues.
. Work closely with Cleanroom Supervisor to ensure deadlines are met in addition to
completing daily tasks required outside of production.
. Ensure training modules and refreshers are completed within set deadlines.
. Report defective materials or questionable condition to the Cleanroom Supervisor.
. Work diligently to Quality and Safety guidelines when carrying out production tasks with
the aim of preventing accidents, data breaches and other non-compliance.
. Become a reliable member of the production team
