Hays are working with the NI Assembly to recruit a temporary Clerical Officer (Legal Services) to provide administrative support within a complex legal environment.

Your new role
The successful applicant will be working as part of a team and office administration duties may include:

• Maintenance of electronic files;
• Maintenance of paper files;
• Handling paper and electronic correspondence;
• Proofreading legal documents;
• Arranging and collating meeting papers;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; and
• Any other duties as reasonably required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Applicants must have attained GCSE Grades A - C in Maths and English Language.
• Applicants must have proficiency in the use of IT systems e.g. Microsoft Office suite; PDF editors.
• Candidates with previous administrative experience may be preferred to candidates with no such experience.
• Candidates with previous administrative experience in a legal or similar environment may be preferred to candidates with less relevant experience.
