Client Accountant

Our client is a very ambitious 2 partner Accountancy firm based in Central London who is seeking an experienced and confident Client Accountant to assist the Partners in the day-to-day client portfolio work

The successful Senior Accountant will be responsible for a number of clients, which vary in size and complexity, carrying out statutory accounts, reviewing financial statements and dealing with queries in a very client facing role.

The ideal Senior Accountant will have a good deal of experience within practice, up to date tax knowledge and ACCA, ACA and QBE qualified Accountants will be considered

• Liaising and managing a portfolio of clients
• Training and managing a team of between 3-4 of Junior to Semi-Senior Accountants
• Reviewing Year End Accounts, VAT returns, Payroll Submissions
• Looking at how you can add further client value through Advisory services
• Preparing financial forecasts for clients

• 3+ Years' experience working in an Accountancy Practice
• ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE
• Good working knowledge of cloud software
• Experience guiding and mentoring junior members of staff

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Hybrid working model 3 days in the office after probation
• Study support if necessary
• CPD costs included and paid for by the company
