Leading Building Services Consultancy are looking for a Client Administrator to join the business working in conjunction with the engineers and contract managers to assist in maintaining client relationships, ensuring SLA's are met and all data is recorded on the internal CRM systems.
Key duties will include
- Processing new quotes, logging all jobs on the internal CRM software
- Assisting in the scheduling of the engineers
- Speaking to clients ensuring all issues are dealt with professionally working to site deadlines.
- Speaking to suppliers to order new materials for engineers.
- Attending internal training courses to look for constant areas of improvement.
To apply the Client Administrator will require the following background
- 12 months experience in an administration position with knowledge of the building services sector beneficial (full training provided)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft packages
- Driving license to get to office site preferred
