We're currently seeking a Client Advisor to join an established team based in Nottingham. This role offers a great blend of office and remote work, with three days based in central Nottingham office and two days working from home.

As a Client Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in client interactions, handling calls, emails, and managing diaries efficiently. You'll assist in broking activities, leveraging your understanding of insurance fundamentals and coverage types. Training will be provided to enhance your skills under the guidance of experienced team members so don't worry if you don't have insolvency experience.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in the insurance sector, though we're open to considering applicants with varying levels of experience. Familiarity with Acturis is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent organisational abilities and self-motivation, are key to succeeding in this role.

The role is available due to an internal promotion following a senior member retiring, so you'll be joining a stable team with low turnover, you'll be contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Our Nottingham office houses a team of 20 with 14 desks, offering ample opportunities for growth and development.
