Investment Bank and Cross Product Operations (IBCPO) is fully integrated, front-to-back aligned delivery model providing transaction, reporting and cash management services to Deutsche Bank's multi-asset global businesses including Investment Bank (IB) - Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Sales and Trading, Corporate Bank and Capital Release Unit. Deutsche Bank is going through a significant transformation of its F2B operations including IBCPO, marked as one of the banks top 3 transformation agendas.

You will partner with the global and regional management in the design, planning and execution of a comprehensive framework and capability to deliver key client and operations insights and analytics, with the goal of improving client service, risk management and processing efficiency.

Your key responsibilities
  • Establish, scale, and implement an Operations front to back (F2B) Data Strategy. This will entail developing the target state architecture and operating model, creation of reusable data framework and delivery of solutions across the operations lifecycle
  • Define and execute solutions to support F2B evaluation and accelerate delivery of target state via data ownership, data quality, data sourcing and data insights
  • Collaborate with key partners across Operations Client Relationship Management, Core Operations, and Technology to identify and prioritize focus areas, define requirements, maintain a backlog, and drive the delivery of the end-state architecture and product.
  • Motivate and manage a matrix team of resources across transformation, operations, and technology.
  • Communicate the vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders and senior management across Operations and Technology
  • Prepare and manage the program budget, including demand / supply rolling forecasts
Your skills and experience
  • Significant experience in financial services, with strong preference for direct Investment Banking Operations experience or Operations Transformation experience.
  • Experience of managing highly complex, disruptive transformation programs, specifically focused on sourcing, storing, and reviewing large amounts of data from multiple/ fragmented sources
  • Strong data literacy with a track record of delivering scalable data insights and analytics
  • Knowledge of scalable cloud-based data analytics and insights architectures, with knowledge of tooling options, pros, and cons, etc.
  • Understanding of leveraging AI/ML solutions and techniques to increase data quality and delivering pre-emptive/ predictive/ prescriptive insights and investigation
