About the team
The New Client Enquiries team are the first point of contact with potential claimants and are responsible for triaging new enquiries and opening eligible claims across multiple areas of law including, employment, cycling and human rights.

About the role
An exciting opportunity to join our New Client Enquires team in Manchester. This is a busy and varied role dealing with all aspects of the new enquires process and working closely with Fee Earners to achieve the best outcomes for clients from their first contact with Leigh Day.

You should have strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise your workload and the ability to work within a team environment with a strong commitment to client care.

Previous experience in a claims orientated environment is an advantage but not essential, as is the ability to deal with complex, sensitive issues in a compassionate and empathetic way.
