My client, a leading Independent Accountancy Practice in Manchester and key players in an international group of Practices, has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Director.

The Practice is seeking a skilled individual to lead client relationship management efforts, nurturing relationships and driving business growth. As Client Director, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, providing strategic advice and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Provide expert advice on financial, tax, and business matters, guiding clients towards their goals and navigating challenges.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Monitor billing and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.


Key qualifications include ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, client management experience, and strong leadership capabilities. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of business and financial management principles.
