We are on the hunt for a visionary Client Director to lead the expansion of our esteemed staffing solutions contract.

Job Purpose:

This is a newly created strategic leadership role, reporting directly to the managing director of RTS Workforce Solutions. This role will have the responsibility to model and lead future client engagement plans to further develop longstanding partnership with our client.

The successful candidate will have the dedicated support of an experienced team, including two Account Directors and an Operations Manager who will work with a team of over 40 reports, operating both remotely and onsite at key client sites.

The Account Management team manage the fulfilment of large-scale workforce requests and cover all aspects, including managing the client and supplier relationships, contract governance, continuous improvement initiatives, providing market insights, networking, evolving our service to add in new products and ensuring that contracts are referenceable and that RTS is successful in retaining them.??

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key senior stakeholders across
  • Provide representation at client reviews and Board meetings providing expert insights and key information.
  • Create relevant and insightful MI reports and data packs to review with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the account
  • Keep up to date with new technology and innovations within the workforce industry and use this information to advise and guide Client Stakeholders.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of direct and indirect reports driving high performance and engagement across the team?through effective mentoring, guidance and communication of strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that the Account Management team work closely with the recruitment, deployment, and payroll teams in?our shared service centre to ensure a high level of service is delivered and fulfilment is at the required levels.
  • Set annual strategic objectives and demonstrate ability to meet them.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the recruitment or workforce solutions industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement engagement plans.
  • Experience in managing large teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in creating and analysing reports and market trends.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology and innovations in the workforce industry.
