They are seeking a dedicated Operations and Sales Coordinator who will serve as a vital link between the operations and sales teams. This is a multifaceted role that requires excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. You will be the main point of contact for the clients, ensuring they receive a great service and support.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring their needs are met
  • Providing updates to clients with regard to services and orders
  • Offer sales support without engaging directly in sales activities, ie clarifying detail on behalf of the sales team.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for engineers and communicate any changes in their schedule promptly
  • Handle ticketing for engineering orders and client visits, again keeping abreast of any changes
  • Ensure adherence to all service level agreements
  • Analyze data using your competent Excel skills and report the data to the management and sales team.

Personal Experience and Qualities Required:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.

Have an excellent telephone manner and first class communication skills.

Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting

Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.

Have a flexible and proactive approach to work and a willingness to support the team with any task as required.
