We're working with a prestigious, high-profile client in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Client Experience Manager / Event Manager to join their team on a short-term contract.

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional coordination and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exciting client experience initiatives - primarily focused on in-store regional events, with creative input on execution guidelines. Additionally, you'll support a key flagship event in May, welcoming and hosting global clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Brief Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop project briefs and ensure smooth execution of regional in-store activations.
  • Project Management: Help manage timelines, critical paths, and deliverables for high-quality and engaging client experiences.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point for regional teams - gathering feedback, sharing updates, and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning and on-the-ground execution of the Highgrove event in May, ensuring a premium experience for global clients.
  • Meeting & Materials Prep: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for regular and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Reporting: Collect and compile event results, creating insightful reports that are actionable and well-organised.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, retail marketing, or client-facing roles is a strong plus.
  • High attention to detail and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
