Client Experience Manager

Location: Chorley

Salary £26,000 DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

A Client Experience Manager is required for a financial services company based in Chorley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored client support for a team of busy advisers, allowing them to focus on servicing their clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Experience Manager:
  • Provide tailored client support for a team of busy advisors
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client data on the company's internal system
  • Liaise with providers
  • Prepare client packs in advance of client meetings
  • Host and deliver weekly office meetings
Required knowledge and experience for the Client Experience Manager role:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a small team
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel and in-house IFA systems and provider websites
