Our client based in the Monmouth area NP25 5JA is recruiting for a Client Manager - This is a part-time role, flexible working and offers hybrid working

Working Hours

  • Part-time: 16 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero for a portfolio of clients.
  • Oversee bookkeeper and accounts assistant in the preparation of monthly health checks, VAT returns and bookkeeping
  • Prepare financial management reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare year-end financial accounts and self-assessments

Experience

  • You need to possess at least an AAT Level 4 qualification.
  • Being ACCA part-qualified or CIMA would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Proven experience as a Client Manager or similar role is required.
  • Proficiency using the accounting software Xero is expected.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
