Our client based in the Monmouth area NP25 5JA is recruiting for a Client Manager - This is a part-time role, flexible working and offers hybrid working
Working Hours
- Part-time: 16 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero for a portfolio of clients.
- Oversee bookkeeper and accounts assistant in the preparation of monthly health checks, VAT returns and bookkeeping
- Prepare financial management reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare year-end financial accounts and self-assessments
Experience
- You need to possess at least an AAT Level 4 qualification.
- Being ACCA part-qualified or CIMA would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Proven experience as a Client Manager or similar role is required.
- Proficiency using the accounting software Xero is expected.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
