Global Bank requires a Client Migration Lead – Fund Dealing and Custody to join their multi-year transformation programme.

Tasks

  • Responsible for the delivery of the E2E migration activities of assigned clients
  • Identify account manager for allocated clients and partner with them
  • Work with account management to set new rate cards
  • Prepare for initial client meeting (pull background information)
  • Leading client migration calls and provide dedicated point of contact for assigned clients 
  • Own and manage clients through the migration journey
  • Engage with external parties
  • Run daily POD sessions/ weekly client meetings to manage client migrations activities
  • Work with Business Analyst to document “as is” and future state fund dealing model per client
  • Provide inputs to regular governance, reporting
  • Identify and own and manage RAID items 
  • Provide point of escalation for Pod team members
  • Ownership of client migrations, managing delivery plan and co-ordinating runbook activities

Key deliverables

  • Accountable for enabling client discussions on product offering and migrations
  • Detailed E2E Migration plans per client, execution and tracking
  • Pod Migration Status Reporting
  • Alignment with Product delivery roadmap with client migration plan
  • Client migration RAID log
  • Assigned clients are on-Boarded & Live in line with agreed plans
  • Warranty Period & Handover to BAU complete in line with agreed plans

Must have

Fund and Custody experience in Securities Services
