Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Client Onboarding Analyst on behalf of a leading investment banked in Belfast on an initial 6 month contract.

Role Overview

The Client Onboard Analyst is a professional role in which a range of process, procedure and system knowledge are required in order to Onboard a client in a timely and efficient manner. Good understanding, as well as implementation, on the benefits of positive interaction with stakeholders is also fundamental to the role and in accomplishing key objectives. Must be able to exchange information in a timely, concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.

Additionally for this role any experience in the following would be advantageous
  • Adherence to US regulatory requirements
  • Remediation efforts for large client base
  • Project management

General Responsibilities:
  • Process Sales/client's requests related to system set up including signatories' updates and attainment of required documentation
  • Co-operates with internal partners to perform system maintenance based on documentation related to account opening and maintenance processes.
  • Ensures all queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
  • Adheres to documented bank policy and regulations Remains up to date with the current procedures, internal rules, external regulations, and adheres to any amendments as and when made.
  • Processes clients' instructions ensuring the highest accuracy and effectiveness (ensuring deadlines are adhered to). Escalates urgent / risk, managing possibility of movement to another team and/or process.
  • Ensures high levels of client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge.
  • Effective execution of day-to-day responsibilities, as well as execution of any other work instructed by supervisor related to this function.
  • Daily deliverable of routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
