Our client is an exciting, ambitious, rapidly growing AI powered PropTech business. Due to rapid start-up growth, they now require a Client Onboarding Executive to join the business.
They are looking for an Onboarding Team Member to join the Project Team. The Project Team provides first class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first-class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their software/application.
- You’ll need to keep clients updated on new features, changes, and recent updates.
- Ensure customers are happy and using the system to its fullest potential.
- Relationship building with clients.
- You will be required to analyse customer usage and highlight improvements where required.
- Gain case studies, external revies, referrals and testimonials
- Account management
- You will gather feedback and improve product or service.
Essential Skills & Traits:
- 2 + years of customer service experience
- A sound grasp of ICT skills such as using MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management
- Upbeat and friendly attitude
- Able to be able to pick up new systems with ease
- A desire to see every job completed quickly and to a high standard, and the ability to push other colleagues to deliver on these goals
