Job Title: Client Outreach Project Manager
Location: Belfast
Ways of Working: 3x per week onsite
Rate: £500 - £600 per day (Inside IR35)

Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Outreach Project Manager to manage the outreach process for key regulatory and compliance initiatives within Markets. This is a client-facing role that requires strong collaboration with Front Office stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-end project management of outreach processes for regulatory and compliance initiatives across Markets.

  2. Work closely with Front Office stakeholders to engage high-priority clients and ensure regulatory requirements are met with a focus on customer experience.

  3. Deliver high-quality outreach results while adhering to processes and controls, continuously improving them where necessary.

  4. Develop a strong understanding of client static data, including sourcing/maintenance processes and control procedures.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in project management, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and outreach.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, risk, and controls, as well as key regulatory initiatives affecting Markets.

  • Big 4/Consulting background preferred.

  • Demonstrable business analysis skills: ability to take complex information, organize it in a structured and logical way, and deliver high-quality work products under tight deadlines.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills: confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels and presenting effectively.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet Citi PMO and audit requirements.

  • A team player with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members.

  • Solid project management and organizational skills, including planning, risk/issue management, and delivery.

  • Proficient in Excel and other relevant software tools.

Desirable Skills:
  • Big 4 background or prior consulting experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience with risk and controls in financial services is advantageous.

  • Strong project management experience.
