We’re on the lookout for excellent, customer-obsessed individuals to join a Client Solutions department as a Client Relations Administrator.

Salary range between £25,000-£27,000.

You will be working 35 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm on a rota basis Monday - Friday, including a break for lunch of 1 hour.

The Role

Providing exceptional customer service is key and the Client Relations department plays a leading role in making this happen. The Client Relations Administrator is crucial within the department, managing mailboxes and answering queries from customers and advisers via phone, email and live chat.

Fundamental to this role is customer service. This means being a pro at maintaining a healthy balance between delivering customers’ needs and expectations, while managing a dynamic and varied workload. Every day you’ll manage multiple queries through various channels all with the aim of ensuring service standards are met, enabling advisers to get the best outcome for their clients.
