About the Role:

We are excited to be recruiting for this fantastic opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our esteemed client, a leading financial services provider. This role is integral to the company's continued success and growth, focusing on cultivating and enhancing client relationships within the realms of mortgages, wealth management, employee benefits, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Development: Foster and develop long-term, profitable relationships with clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services.

Promotional Activities: Collaborate with senior management to promote the company’s services and brand. This involves networking and representing the company at various events.

Networking: Actively engage in networking opportunities, being adept at "working a room" to build and maintain a strong professional network.

Presentations: Confidently present to groups both in person and virtually through webinars. Tailor presentations to different audiences to maximize impact and engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to identify underperforming relationships. Develop strategies to enhance these relationships and capitalize on opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of developing client relationships within financial services, specifically in areas such as mortgages, wealth management, employee benefits, and insurance.

Professionalism: Highly professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentation Skills: Ability to present effectively to various audience sizes, both in person and virtually.

Networking Ability: Demonstrated skill in networking and relationship building.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and generate detailed reports for strategic decision-making.

Salary up to £75k Basic + performance-based bonuses, £100k+ OTE
