We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join a technology business based in Birmingham City Centre! This role is offering between 38-45k dependant on experience, it is hybrid (2 days in office), full time and working within a lovely office/team!

The Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include managing all elements of the client relationship and accounts, stakeholder management, measuring client satisfaction, delivery service reviews, managing and sourcing opportunities, dealing with any concerns or requests and delivering internal budgets.

Skills and Experience

For this role the candidate will need to have solid experience in a client facing delivery experience ideally within account management or customer success management with the ability to work autonomously and within a team and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
