Who They're Looking For:

• CeMAP qualification desirable, or be prepared to gain qualification within 12-18 months
• Organised & Client-Focused – You’re the first point of contact and love making others feel supported and reassured.

• A Natural Communicator – Whether on the phone or over email, you communicate with clarity, warmth, and confidence.

Experience in financial services, particularly within mortgages, lending, or broking, is a strong advantage, but not essential if you bring a positive attitude and strong administrative capabilities.
