Our Client, an international manufacturing company, is currently recruiting an amendable, resourceful and professional Client Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for the company clients.

Reporting to the Client Manager, duties to include:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
    • Managing the company’s national accounts.
    • Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences
    • Be able to develop and maintain long term relationships both internally and externally.
    • Plan, coordinate and manage your own work schedule in coordination with your team members.
    • Manage and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our existing clients, their contracts and associated activity output.
    • Support business development, the sales team, and technical & clinical partners in helping to secure new and retain existing contracts
    • Attend events at a variety of settings, in support of business development, and promote integration of services and training with clients.
    • Support the process of implementation of new contracts.
    • Analyse and summarise reports and data.

As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience within an account management or client facing role, the ability to work independently and professionally, confidence to hold daily meetings at customer sites and commercial awareness to interpret the meanings and outcome of each meeting.
