Responsibilities as a Client Service Advisor:
- Handling inbound calls from customers.
- Providing technical and billing support.
- Supporting the wider team with administration duties.
- Processing orders on to the internal system.
- Providing customer focused and accurate solutions.
- Dealing with customer complaints where required.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally.
- Have a positive attitude towards learning.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
