We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service looking for their next step within in an office-based environment. Experience isn’t essential in this role, full training will be provided, however you must have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will be working closely with account managers, providing first class customer service over the telephone and email.
 
Responsibilities as a Client Service Advisor:
 
  • Handling inbound calls from customers.
  • Providing technical and billing support.
  • Supporting the wider team with administration duties.
  • Processing orders on to the internal system.
  • Providing customer focused and accurate solutions.
  • Dealing with customer complaints where required.
 Requirements to be considered for the role of Client Service Advisor:
 
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally.
  • Have a positive attitude towards learning.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
