Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at solving problems? Gi Group are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Service Executive to join their team.

Reporting to the Education Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring their clients have a smooth and enjoyable journey throughout their programmes. This is from the point of signing up through to the end of their programme. You will need to ensure clients have everything they need, from event schedules and bookings to answering their queries and acting on feedback and implementing improvements.

As a sales executive you will work with a team to fill event rooms and achieve the best possible conversion rates ensuring required targets and KPIs are reached. This includes customer satisfaction measures and income targets.
The right candidate will be experienced in customer service and have a desire to deliver great client experience. Ideally some experience in customer satisfaction measurements and improvement implementation can be demonstrated.
You will be required to attend the live events, to support the clients and oversee the client journey, ensuring it is an enjoyable and valuable experience, and to identify areas for improvement.

Keys parts of the Sales Executive job are.
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have everything they need start until finish.
- Building relationships with our VIP clients and adding value to their journey with us
- Gaining client referrals to increase opportunity for sales.
- Seek and capture client testimonials and case studies.
- Monitor and review Trust Pilot reviews, and actively encourage clients to leave reviews.
- Encouraging clients to book onto their events to get the most out of their programme.
- Collate customer satisfaction survey results and create and implement action plans to continuously improve our client experience.
- Understanding and achieving our business KPIs
- Managing our missing payment process, to ensure clients pay as expected and work with them when they can't/don't pay their monthly instalments.

Experience
- Customer service background, with a desire for continuous improvement
- Driven self-starter, with determination to achieve the best results.
- Sales and negotiation skills preferred but not required.

Working Hours are Usually 9am-5pm Monday to Friday , You may be required to work Weekends if an event falls on those days.
