Senior IT Client Service Manager Location: Coventry Salary £60k - £70k plus car allowance / benefits
The Senior IT Client Service Manager role performs a vital role in maintaining a customer-focused link between IT and internal and external client stakeholders, taking responsibility for delivering the requirements that exceed customer needs and expectations.
This opportunity will drive service level management, service satisfaction and continual service improvement initiatives and activities for clients.
Senior IT Client Service Manager experience - Experience Essential Skills:
Minimum 5 years working within an IT environment
Minimum 3 years working within a client-facing ITSM discipline
Demonstrate experience of service ownership directly to the customer in a previous role
Demonstrable Customer Service experience
Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills are required
Strong confident personality
Ability to understand and interpret contracts, SLAS and OLAS
ITIL V3 foundation
Senior IT Client Service Manager desirable skills –
Relevant ITIL V3 Lifecycle (SD or SO) or Capability (SOA) module
A broad understanding of network and server infrastructure technologies
Previous experience of managing 3rd party IT suppliers
