Working with a prestigious serviced office in Leeds city centre, our client are looking to recruit an experienced front of house support within to their client services team. Based front of house, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all on site client's as well as visitors. This is an ongoing temporary role, until the end of the year. Working Monday-Friday 7.30-4PM, your role will be varied and duties will include;

  • Opening of offices
  • Meet & greet all visitors and on site clients
  • Facilities support
  • Ensuring all offices are checked and maintained

This is a busy, long term temporary role and commitment for this role is essential, starting immediately, the successful candidate will have;

  • Reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client management experience
  • Facilities management
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
