As a Client Services Administrator in financial planning, you will manage client records, schedule appointments, and assist with onboarding and account management. You'll support financial planners by preparing documents, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your role includes resolving client issues and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle new business processing according to the administration procedures of the firm.
- To manage daily administrative tasks for both new and existing clients following the firm’s procedures.
- To address and satisfactorily resolve administrative queries related to both new and existing client business.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrator in the financial or wealth planning sector.
- Familiarity with the Regulatory framework.
- Knowledge of various plans and options; previous experience with an IFA firm is essential.
- Comprehension of the information and documentation needed for processing new business, claims, and amendments to current policies and investments.
- Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and companies.
- Skills in letter writing and information presentation.
Rewards and Benefits:
- Up to £38,000 DOE
