**Client Services Team Leader - Rchmond - £30k Basic, £60k OTE - Excellent Progression****

Our client is a high-end, international agency with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for an experienced client services consultant who has managed people. This role will involve managing 5-6 people and is based in their head office in Richmond.

Role Responsibilities

  • Motivate and engage the team to hit their targets and exceed expectations
  • Have a winning strategy for New Business
  • Achieve individual targets for calls, market appraisals, instructions, and revenue
  • Recruit, onboard and train
  • Build a positive and productive team culture to drive results and engagement
  • Manage a team of Consultants, providing consistent coaching and guidance
  • Monitor the performance of the team and provide regular performance updates to the Head of Outbound Sales
  • Identify and address any performance issues within the team
  • Develop and implement team training plans to upskill team members and improve performance
  • Ensure systems are being used accurately
  • Ensure that all team members are following all Hive procedures, processes and frameworks

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Display a strong track record of coaching and mentoring
  • Experience within Property sector (preferred)
  • Driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Ability to adapt, grow and learn quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be a strong negotiator

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary: £30k Basic, £60k OTE
