£60K - £75K + competitive bonus scheme

An innovative life sciences technology company is expanding its client success function and is looking for an experienced professional to manage key accounts across its digital market access platforms. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing business using AI and digital tools to transform pharmaceutical access to market.

The Role

You will act as the main point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and delivery of bespoke digital solutions. Working across internal teams, you will manage project timelines, organise client workshops, drive renewals, and help expand client relationships.

Your Background

  • Strong experience in market access consulting, project delivery, or account management within pharma or healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and market access processes is essential.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, communicating effectively with senior stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction.
