Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success & Insight Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a innovative insights platform focused on providing exceptional client experiences.

Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional travel to London office

THE CLIENT SUCCESS & INSIGHT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing regular communications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' organizations and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver research projects meeting clients' needs.
  • Provide product knowledge and insights to inspire clients to maximize platform value.
  • Work with the business development team to identify and secure new business within existing accounts.

THE IDEAL CLIENT SUCCESS & INSIGHT MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • Proven 5 years experience account management or customer success experience in FMCG industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication skills to engage confidently with senior clients.
  • Familiarity with insight platforms and understanding of research process.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Passion for exceptional client experiences and genuine interest in the product and mission.
