Enjoy Development is a small well-established software agency, that builds web and mobile applications for commercial and non-profit causes. We work remotely, with quarterly in-person social events and key project meet-ups.

.Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone who excels in understanding client needs, building relationships, and enjoys seeing a project through to delivery. You will report directly to the CEO and work in collaboration with clients and the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Requirement Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their project requirements. Use techniques, including effective communication, documentation, and building user stories to capture their problems and build requirements. Collaborate with the CTO and solutions lead to translate client needs into proposals. Be able to co-ordinate and visit clients as suitable to achieve results.
• Project oversight: Collaborate with the technical lead to ensure projects are kept on track and meet client expectations.
• User Acceptance Testing: Determine acceptance criteria with the client and ensure that the delivered projects meet these goals. Arrange testing and sign off with clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary liaison between them and the technical team.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative environment with the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to coordinate and arrange client meetings and travel as necessary.
• Strong skills in client requirements gathering.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and understand software development processes.
• Comfortable using Microsoft and other software products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a software development context.
• A track record of maintaining successful client relationships in a technical environment.
