Pertemps are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator for an ongoing assignment in the heart of Plymouth.

The team you will be supporting has responsibility for administrative support and the production of regular and on-demand reports within their Legal Centre, acting as the first point of contact for all such queries.  The team works with internal and external clients to satisfy all of their data and admin requirements and provides an innovative, accurate reporting service. This exciting Client Support Administrator role is very varied and will see you carrying out a range of activities including the opening and closing of files, carrying out conflict checks for new and existing clients, drafting correspondence, amending documents, billing, client reporting and other associated administration tasks.

This is a temporary, ongoing role to support a busy period within the team based in central Plymouth.
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, 30 minute break
£12.00 per hour
Available to start soon

The successful candidate will have previous Administration experience, and whilst experience in a legal environment would be an advantage, it is by no means essential.
You must have good IT skills (including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems), excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise admin coming from multiple streams of work.

Please APPLY today or contact Chelsea in the Pertemps Plymouth office.
