This Client Support Administrator job in Whiteley is available for individuals interested in working within the Financial Services industry.

As a Client Support Administrator, you will be actively supporting their busy Financial Advisors. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office. Your duties will include:

  • Be responsible for preparing information for the Financial Advisor prior to their client review meetings
  • Action any required actions on behalf of the Financial Advisor
  • Ensure all systems are updated with the completed activities
  • Work effectively with the full team to ensure a quality, consistent approach is provided to clients
  • Contact clients prior to confirm their appointments and obtain any outstanding information

Client Support Administrator Requirements

  • Ideally, you should have 3+ years’ experience of office administration
  • Ideally, you should be qualified to GCSE or A level standard

Client Support Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of £22,000 - £25,000
  • 25 days holiday plus additional 4 given by the company, plus bank holidays
  • Office based role
  • Normal office hours (35 hours per week) of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
