Do you have knowledge of Financial Planner and Hub Targets with the ability to work collaboratively?

Our client, a wealth management and financial well-being firm, are looking for a Client Support Advisor to join their London team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with Financial Planners and their clients, ensuring consistent service and up-to-date client data
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Client and Adviser Support Hubs, Central Operations, Paraplanning, Wealth Services) to ensure efficient and quality administration
  • Assist Financial Planners in managing and building client banks, scheduling annual reviews, and preparing for all meetings
  • Coordinate Financial Planners' schedules, manage diaries, handle appointment bookings, and ensure post-meeting requirements are promptly actioned
  • Ensure all client reviews have corresponding suitability reports sent to clients, chasing and escalating outstanding reviews as needed
  • Process new business submissions, handle related queries, and reconcile client fees monthly, ensuring timely payment to Financial Planners

Your Skills:

  • Work to deadlines, manage multiple cases, and keep records updated
  • Meet service delivery deadlines for timely task completion
  • Continuously improve processes and services for Financial Planners
  • Collaborate with team members and national hubs, sharing knowledge
  • Proficient in MS software (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of Financial Planner and Hub targets, contributing to success
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge through self-learning
