Role – Client Support Associate

Location – Manchester City Centre

Salary - £23,000-£25,000

Type – Permanent

Hours – 9am-5pm

Reed is working with a well-known financial company based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This company is experiencing consistent growth and due to this, are looking to grow the team.

Duties consist of (but are not limited to):

  • Assist clients with enquiries related to financial products and services.
  • Contacting pension providers to obtain the clients information
  • Working closely with the Customer Relationship Manager to ensure all details are obtained
  • Handling phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Providing accurate information and resolve basic client issues.
  • Aiding with document assistance and pack creation.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and files.
  • Keeping up to date with internal policies and regulation changes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes.
  • Adhering to relevant legislation, including GDPR.
  • Updating documentation in line with changes in practice.
