Client Support Executive

This role sits between client operations and client service and acts as the escalation point for support team. You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships around the business
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the products, client strategies and operational platform.
  • Review and monitor the service provided to client teams and assist with any barriers faced.
  • Work closely with teams around the business to monitor and ensure tactical and strategic solutions are considered
  • Assist with escalations for operational issues and represent client service and operations projects with key stakeholders. 
  • Display strong technical understanding of investment products, institutional needs and investment objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within the investment management industry, and understanding of investment vehicle options.
  • Strong overall knowledge of the industry, with experience of segregated, pooled and bespoke funds. Particularly with Pensions and Insurance clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with good negotiation skills and excellent written and communication skills
  • Confidence in strategy discussions with critical thinking skills
  • Workflow management experience, report writing and project management skills.
  • Resilient, highly organised, team motivated and the enthusiasm to hit the ground running
