Clinical Lead - Orthopaedics role at a Private Hospital in Harrow paying up to £45,000

About them:
A reputable private hospital in Harrow, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead in Orthopaedics to join our committed team. Committed to providing exceptional patient care, our hospital offers a supportive and rewarding work environment for its staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Orthopaedics department.
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care within Orthopaedics.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other departments to ensure effective patient treatment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and guidelines in Orthopaedics.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of the Orthopaedics team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration or equivalent qualification in Orthopaedics.
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within Orthopaedics.
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Orthopaedic care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
