Our client is a reputable claimant law firm with offices across the nation. They are currently recruiting Clinical Negligence lawyers with 0-5 years PQE to join either their Manchester or Liverpool offices. Your new role
This Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. Depending upon level of experience, you may handle fast and/or multi-track claims. You will also assist senior team members with more complex, higher-value clinical negligence cases. Claims will be a mix of pre-litigated and post-litigated.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with 0-5 years PQE. Previous experience handling your own caseload of clinical negligence claims is essential. Strong soft skills are required.
