Clinical Negligence Lawyer - Liverpool

Office based/hybrid or remote working available

Salary up to £40k plus bonus, part-time or flexible hours will be considered.

Our client's Clinical Negligence team have a wealth of experience spanning more than 10 years and we are currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join our client, a multi disciplined Law firm based in Liverpool city centre.

Role Description

  • You will be progressing your own caseload of clinical negligence cases and will be responsible for the day to day running of those files.
  • Assisting on higher value cases
  • Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of progressing your own caseload.
  • A passion for excellent client care.
  • A good team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Ideal candidate will be 1 - 5 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Commercial awareness
