Clinical Negligence Paralegal – Legal 500 Firm – Hybrid Working 

About the firm:

A well-established Legal 500 firm based in Manchester City Centre is expanding their Clinical Negligence department and are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join their team of specialist lawyers.

What will you be doing?

Based at the Manchester office, as the Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence department, you will be supporting fee earners with their caseloads, providing an excellent opportunity to advance your legal career.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of demonstrating basic knowledge of legal principles related to clinical negligence and conducting appropriate research to assist in evaluating the viability of clinical negligence cases. You will also assist in assessing cases in terms of breach of duty, causation, and quantum.

What can you bring to the team?

The ideal candidate must come from a strong academic background and have prior paralegal experience, or legal studies focused on clinical negligence.

You must also be able to exhibit strong attention to detail, particularly in sorting and organising medical records as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
