Clinical negligence solicitor is required by this market leading healthcare department to deal with a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work.

Role Overview
Top 50 UK practice that independently recognised as a market leader in healthcare work. In joining this firm you will work alongside leading practitioners dealing with defendant clinical negligence cases.

The firm is recruiting at a couple of levels. Both roles will involve managing your own caseload but the complexity and value of cases will rise depending upon prior experience.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • Good technical knowledge. You should be able to handle your own caseload with minimum supervision with at least 1 year pqe in litigated clinical negligence work.
  • Ideally defendant clinical negligence litigation experience. Claimant experience will be considered but you will need to demonstrate a sound technical knowledge and will have handled your own litigated work from inception to trial.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a close knit team.
