Clinical Negligence Solicitor – High-Quality Work – Remote / Hybrid Working
About the firm:
Are you an experienced clinical negligence solicitor looking for a new opportunity? QED Legal are working with a rapidly growing firm who offer a supportive and collaborative work environment with spacious open-plan offices in Macclesfield and the option to work remotely.
What will you be doing?
You will be joining the firms expanding and dynamic Clinical Negligence department where you will manage a high-quality caseload with a diverse range of claims.
What can you bring to the team?
The ideal candidate with be a solicitor or fee earner with at least 2 years of clinical negligence experience. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge of clinical negligence and be capable of handling claims from inception to through to completion.
You will also experience with medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, prescription and medication errors, and dental negligence cases and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
What can they offer you?
SALARY – this is dependant upon experience and market rate, however can be expected to range between £40,000 - £50,000
