I am recruiting on behalf of one of the most prestigious L500 law firms in Yorkshire.

Its looking to expand its highly regarded Clinical Negligence Department in Leeds and is seeking both Claimant & Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitors, as well as trainees and legal executives.

Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity will involve working alongside a Senior Associate and Director on complex, high-value clinical negligence claims. Additionally, you will manage a caseload of approximately 40 lower-complexity clinical negligence matters, covering a wide range of cases.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will take full responsibility for your cases, handling all stages from case planning and investigation to obtaining evidence, managing the pre-action protocol, issuing & serving proceedings, and representing clients at trial when necessary.

You will receive comprehensive support and training from senior colleagues to help you succeed in this role.

Ideal Candidate:

You will be a motivated and driven Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Fee Earner with a strong understanding of the clinical negligence field.
